Join us for an informative and supportive session dedicated to managing lymphedema after breast cancer treatment. This workshop is designed specifically for survivors seeking practical tools and gentle techniques to improve comfort and promote lymphatic health in the breast, chest and arm areas. Pam will lead you through various self-care tips to look after your lymphedema, including anatomy, signs and symptoms, lymphatic stroking, exercises and home care.

Whether you are newly navigating post-surgical care or seeking to refine your ongoing maintenance routine, this session will provide actionable self-care strategies in a compassionate, community-focused environment.
